£100 Home Refresh Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is N M T Trading Ltd, trading as The Curtain & More Co., registered in England and Wales under company number 16866191, with its registered office at 32 Goshen Park, Skewen, SA10 6PT (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and anyone directly involved in the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must confirm that they are a UK resident when completing the competition entry form.
3. How to Enter
Entry to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, entrants must complete and submit the £100 Home Refresh Competition entry form on The Curtain & More Co. website before the competition closing date.
Entrants must provide a valid name and email address and confirm that they are a UK resident.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.
4. Competition Period
The competition is open from the date it is published and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 31 August 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.
The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost or not successfully submitted due to technical problems outside its reasonable control.
5. The Prize
There will be one winner.
The winner will receive a £100 voucher to spend with The Curtain & More Co.
The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Selecting the Winner
The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received before the competition closing date.
The random selection will take place after the competition has closed.
The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure the selection process is fair and random.
7. Contacting the Winner
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the competition.
The Promoter will never ask the winner to provide payment in order to receive the prize.
The selected winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
The Promoter may request reasonable information from the winner to verify their identity and eligibility before issuing the prize.
8. Marketing Consent
Entering the competition does not require entrants to consent to marketing communications.
Entrants will be given a separate option to consent to receiving marketing emails from The Curtain & More Co.
Choosing not to receive marketing communications will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.
Entrants who choose to receive marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time.
9. HOME10 Entrant Discount
Entrants may be offered the promotional discount code HOME10 after submitting a valid competition entry.
HOME10 provides 10% off an eligible order with a minimum purchase of £30.
The discount is limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with other discounts and expires at 11:59pm on 3 September 2026.
The HOME10 discount is a separate promotional offer available to entrants and does not form part of the £100 competition prize.
Using the HOME10 discount is not required to participate in the competition and does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
10. Personal Information
Personal information provided by entrants will be used as necessary to administer the competition, including verifying entries, selecting and contacting the winner and providing the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with The Curtain & More Co. Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Marketing communications will only be sent where the entrant has separately chosen to receive them or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
11. Winner Information
The Promoter may be required to provide information showing that a valid award took place.
Where required by applicable rules or law, limited winner information may be made available, subject to the winner's data protection rights.
12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation of the competition, a breach of these Terms & Conditions or other conduct that undermines the fair operation of the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any changes will not unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already entered.
The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the competition will be final, subject to applicable law.
13. Acceptance of These Terms
By entering the £100 Home Refresh Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, and entrants retain any rights they have under applicable consumer law.
